Renowned for delivering premium IT outsourcing services exclusively tailored for Microsoft clients for 4 products: Microsoft Dynamics 365, Microsoft Azure, Microsoft Windows Commercial, and Microsoft Office 365.

Role Description

As an Account Manager, you will use your strategic selling skills to educate prospective customers on the benefits and value of our services. You will serve as a trusted advisor, share insights, and continually seek opportunities for growth to make your customers as strong and successful as possible.

Client Acquisition: Lead the end-to-end client development processfrom lead generation and business negotiations to project executionwhile consistently exceeding revenue targets

Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement regional business expansion strategies, establish accurate sales forecasting systems, and ensure sustained performance growth

Client Cultivation: Deepen relationships with clients by understanding their core needs, fostering long-term strategic partnerships and enhancing satisfaction

Project Management: Oversee the full project lifecycle, coordinating internal resources to ensure efficient and high-quality delivery of client requirements

Market Intelligence: Gather and analyze international market trends and competitor activities to provide actionable insights for product enhancement and marketing strategies

Best Practices: Identify and share best sales practices to support continuous professional development within the team

Innovation Mindset: Drive business innovation with an entrepreneurial approach, leveraging market feedback to inform product and marketing team decisions

Full-Funnel Prospecting: Build and execute a multi-channel prospecting strategy to continuously expand the client base and support sustainable business growth

Qualifications

Must have:

5+ years of full sales cycle, quota-carrying experience

Fluent English communication skills

Technical and business documentation writing and presentation (PPT) skills

Based in Malaysia

Nice to have:

Experience using social media or professional networks as a sales tool

Demonstrated ability to source, manage, and close high-level B2B sales

Ability to assess customer challenges, align solutions, and understand prospective buyers

Ability to predictably forecast and execute business goals

Ability to use insights and data-driven decision-making in the sales process

Ability to build trust-based relationships with senior-level professionals

Ability to build consensus among multiple cross-functional decision-makers and stakeholders
