The Account Manager will ensure that all elements of the marketing campaign are executed seamlessly and that the client's objectives are met with high standards.
1. Business Expansion : Account Planning and Proposal Development
- 360 Marketing Plan Development: Create comprehensive marketing strategies encompassing Digital, TV, DOOH (Digital Out Of Home), Radio, and other relevant media channels.
- Creative Proposal: Develop and brief the creative team on the marketing objectives, target audience, key messages, and desired outcomes to ensure a compelling creative strategy.
- Media & Influencer Proposal: Collaborate with the agency to outline media and KOL strategies, including targeting, budget allocation, and expected impact.
- Proposal Deck Compilation: Assemble a detailed proposal deck for client presentation, including strategic recommendations, creative concepts, media plans, and amplification strategies.
2. Execution and Communication
- Client and Agency Communication: Serve as the primary liaison between the client, creative team, media agency, and KOL agency, facilitating reviews and approvals.
- Digital Creative Coordination: Ensure that the digital creative team provides a clear plan to the media agency based on the given media plan.
- Creative Materials Oversight: Work closely with the creative team to oversee the development and feedback process for all creative materials.
- Internal Review and Approval: Coordinate with the client teams to review and approve all creative materials before finalization.
- Campaign Updates: Regularly update the clients on campaign progress, ensuring alignment and addressing any issues promptly.
3. Reporting and Analysis
- Compilation of Reports: Gather and consolidate reports from media and KOL agencies, ensuring all relevant metrics and performance data are included.
- Performance Analysis: Review and analyse the campaign results, identifying key insights and areas for improvement.
- Client Reporting: Prepare and deliver comprehensive reports to the client, summarizing campaign performance, insights, and recommendations for future strategies.
Requirements:
Past experience as Account Manager, Business Development Manager or relevant role in an advertising agency.
Diploma/Degree in Mass Communication, Business or related fields.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to multitask and juggle multiple projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to details.
Able to work under pressure while ensuring timeline efficiency.
