As REFORM continues to grow, we're looking for an Account Manager who wants to build long-term partnerships with some of Malaysia's leading brands while helping expand existing client accounts.

Your Mission

Your mission is simple:

Protect and grow REFORM's existing client portfolio. You will become the strategic bridge between our clients and our internal teams, ensuring campaigns are delivered exceptionally while continuously identifying opportunities to strengthen relationships, retain clients, and expand the work we do together.

This is not a traditional servicing role. We are looking for someone who takes ownership of client success.

What You'll Be Responsible ForClient Relationship Management
  • Become the primary contact for assigned client accounts
  • Build trusted long-term relationships with key stakeholders
  • Lead client meetings, campaign updates and strategic reviews
  • Manage expectations with professionalism and confidence
  • Anticipate issues before they become problems

Campaign Management
  • Coordinate campaigns from briefing through delivery
  • Work closely with Strategy, Campaign, Creative and Production teams
  • Ensure timelines are met without compromising quality
  • Review deliverables before they reach clients
  • Keep campaigns organised, proactive and on track

Strategic Account Growth

We don't believe Account Managers should only maintain accounts. We believe they should help grow them.

You'll be expected to:

  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities
  • Spot future campaign opportunities
  • Develop account growth plans
  • Support proposal development with our Growth team
  • Recommend Phase 2 campaigns before projects conclude
  • Help reactivate dormant client relationships where opportunities exist

Reporting & Performance
  • Deliver insightful monthly campaign reports
  • Translate campaign performance into actionable recommendations
  • Monitor account health and client satisfaction
  • Maintain clear visibility of risks, opportunities and next steps across every account

Who We're Looking For

You'll probably enjoy this role if you:

  • Have 2-5 years of experience in an advertising, digital, creative, influencer or integrated agency
  • Have managed multiple client accounts simultaneously
  • Communicate confidently with both clients and internal teams
  • Are highly organised without losing sight of the bigger picture
  • Can think commercially, not just operationally
  • Take ownership instead of waiting for instructions
  • Stay calm under pressure and solve problems proactively
  • Genuinely enjoy building long-term client relationships

Experience in influencer marketing, digital marketing or integrated campaigns will be an advantage.
