Account Manager, Corporate Business

We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused professional to drive business growth, manage key client and intermediary relationships, and ensure excellent service delivery within the Business Unit.

Key Responsibilities:

• Grow and manage the business portfolio to achieve sales and profitability targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, agents, brokers, and business partners.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and credit control guidelines.
• Deliver high-quality customer service and resolve customer feedback effectively.
• Conduct risk surveys and support underwriting activities.
• Recruit and develop agents while promoting digital insurance platforms.
• Lead, coach, and motivate team members to achieve operational and business goals.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence within the region.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Insurance, Business Studies, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in insurance operations, underwriting, or branch management.
• Strong knowledge of insurance products, industry practices, and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent communication, presentation, networking, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to make sound decisions and drive results.
