Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Account Manager role based in Bayan Lepas. The Account Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, understanding their business needs, and providing tailored technology solutions. Daily responsibilities include managing client accounts, preparing proposals, conducting presentations, coordinating with technical teams, and ensuring client satisfaction. The role also involves pursuing new business opportunities and contributing to revenue growth.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in client relationship management and account management
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to develop and present compelling sales presentations and proposals
  • Familiarity with IT solutions and systems integration
  • Sales or business development experience, preferably in the IT or technology sector
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills for understanding client needs and providing tailored solutions
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Ability to work independently with a proactive and results-oriented approach
  • Prior experience in the Malaysian enterprise or government sectors is a plus
