Role Description

The Account Manager will serve as the primary point of contact for a defined portfolio of clients, nurturing relationships and ensuring client satisfaction and retention. This is a full-time, on-site role based in WP Kuala Lumpur. The role entails analyzing client needs, delivering tailored solutions, managing service delivery, addressing inquiries, and identifying opportunities for account expansion. Collaboration with internal teams for client success and regular reporting on account performance will also be key responsibilities.

Qualifications

  • Client Relationship Management, Customer Service, and Account Retention skills
  • Strong skills in Negotiation, Networking, and Business Development
  • Experience with Data Analysis and generating insights for informed business decisions
  • Proficiency in Communication, Presentation, and Problem-Solving
  • Ability to work on-site in Kuala Lumpur and build relationships in person
  • Proven ability to meet sales targets and develop account growth strategies
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field
  • Familiarity with financial services, credit reporting, or data analytics is an advantage
