Job Summary
We are seeking a driven and results-oriented sales professional to achieve sales targets and grow business opportunities within assigned accounts. The role focuses on building long-term client relationships, promoting IT solutions and delivering excellent customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage end-to-end sales activities, including prospecting, lead generation, proposal, negotiation, closing and collection.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, including mid-sized to enterprise accounts.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, networking and account penetration across client organizations.
- Promote the full range of IT solutions, including Managed IT Outsourcing and related services.
- Conduct client needs analysis and provide suitable IT solutions and recommendations.
- Prepare and submit RFPs, proposals, sales reports, forecasts and pipeline updates in a timely manner.
- Work closely with internal teams (pre-sales, technical, support and operations) to ensure smooth solution delivery and implementation.
- Ensure timely collection of payments and adherence to company credit terms.
- Maintain accurate CRM/SAP records and ensure proper sales tracking and reporting.
- Provide consultative sales engagement and act as a trusted advisor to customers.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of sales experience in IT industry (experience with mid-sized to enterprise accounts is an advantage).
- Strong knowledge of IT solutions, especially Managed IT Services / Outsourcing.
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets and managing full sales cycle.
- Strong skills in prospecting, cold calling, lead generation and C-level engagement.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
- Strong business acumen and understanding of market trends.
- Self-driven, result-oriented and customer-focused.
