Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position for a Relationship Management Executive, based in Subang Jaya.
We want to ensure our clients can fully benefit from using Mulah's product - SimpleLoyalty.com instead of just buying our solution and not making full use of it.
Clients who buy our solution but do not use it would be akin to people buying a new car, but not using it at all. What would be the point of buying this new car then
We build best in class CRMs specifically for brick and mortar businesses. Some of our clients that you may know are Me'nate Steak Hub, Nippon Sushi, Inside Scoop, Kyochon Fried Chicken and more.
Mulah sells advertising products which sometimes could take a little time to learn to use. Sometimes, our clients team could be reluctant to make a change in their operational flow to use our products and features: which is why it is your job to help them see the benefits of using Mulah's systems, and direct change within these organizations.
