Role Overview:

As an Account Manager at Adverdize, you will play a crucial role in managing client relationships and ensuring the success of their digital marketing campaigns. You will be the bridge between our clients and our internal teams, ensuring that client needs and requests are met, strategies are planned effectively, and campaigns are executed seamlessly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, understanding their business goals, and acting as their main point of contact within Adverdize.
  • Campaign Strategy: Develop and execute innovative, results-oriented digital marketing strategies across various platforms (Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, etc.) to meet client objectives.
  • Project Success: Oversee the entire project lifecycle, ensuring campaigns are launched smoothly, monitored effectively, and optimised for maximum performance.
  • Client Onboarding: Guide clients through the onboarding process, understanding their unique requirements and tailoring strategies to align with their goals.
  • Monthly Reporting: Prepare and present detailed monthly performance reports to clients, highlighting key insights and actionable recommendations.
  • Problem Solving: Proactively identify challenges and opportunities, providing solutions and insights to enhance campaign effectiveness.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams including creative, data analytics, and technical experts to deliver comprehensive solutions.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • Proven experience (2+ years) in digital marketing, with a focus on running successful advertising campaigns across various platforms.
  • Exceptional client management skills with the ability to understand client objectives and translate them into effective strategies.
  • Strong analytical mindset, capable of interpreting data to derive insights and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated, organised, and detail-oriented.
  • Familiarity with industry tools and platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, etc.).
  • Experience in managing projects and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
