Bachelor Degree in Engineering or Sales and Marketing are preferred. This role is definitely not for Fresh Graduate.
Relevant Experience: Experience in sales, account management, or in a related field is required. Experience in the industrial automation, process management, or a related industry can be particularly valuable. Understanding of technical products and solutions offered.
Technical Knowledge: Knowledge of industrial automation systems, process control solutions, and related technologies. Familiarity with the specific products and solutions offered by the company. Ability to grasp complex technical details and translate them into client-friendly language.
Sales and Business Skills: Strong sales and negotiation skills. Ability to develop and execute account plans to meet sales targets. Competence in analyzing market trends and identifying business opportunities.
Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication, both oral and written, and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with clients. Ability to present and explain complex products to non-technical stakeholders.
Problem-Solving and Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving skills to address client issues and tailor solutions to their needs. Analytical skills to assess market data and client requirements effectively.
Soft Skills: Strong organizational and time-management skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Adaptability and resilience in a fast-paced environment.
