This position will be based at Setapak with our subsidiary company, Neural Oilfield Services
Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Sales Growth
- Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities within the Oil & Gas sector
- Actively generate leads through networking, industry events, cold calling, and market research
- Develop and execute sales strategies to expand market presence and achieve revenue targets
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify potential opportunities
Account Management & Client Relations
- Build, maintain, and strengthen long-term relationships with clients, partners, and principals
- Serve as the main point of contact for assigned accounts, ensuring timely and professional communication
- Understand client requirements and propose suitable technical and commercial solutions
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction, retention, and repeat business
Sales Execution & Proposal Management
- Prepare, present, and follow up on quotations, tenders, and proposals in a timely manner
- Conduct product presentations, technical briefings, and solution-based selling to clients
- Negotiate commercial terms and close sales deals effectively
- Maintain accurate sales records, forecasts, and reports for management review
Coordination & Operational Support
- Work closely with internal teams (engineering, operations, finance) to ensure smooth project execution and delivery
- Coordinate with principals and suppliers on product specifications, pricing, and delivery timelines
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and client requirements
Continuous Learning & Development
- Develop a strong understanding of company products, services, and technical solutions
- Stay updated on Oil & Gas industry developments, technologies, and best practices
- Participate in training, mentoring, and professional development initiatives
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; relevant internship or sales experience is an added advantage
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Good negotiation skills with a results-oriented mindset
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work under pressure to meet deadlines and targets
- Ability to work independently while contributing effectively as part of a team
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits when required
