Responsible for all Commercial sales functions in the assigned territory/sector for ASUS Commercial products and solutions, such as Server, IoT, Mini PC etc.
Build and manage strong business relationships with End-users and prospects in SME, Education and/or Government sectors to drive business growth and enable market penetration and expansion.
Work closely with ASUS sales & product management teams to execute business plans focused on generating new business and expanding sales pipeline to accomplish desired results and achieve targets set by the management.
Familiar with SME, Education & Government tender submission processes (Pre & Post).
Develop an Account plan, which comprises the Account Profile, Analysis, Strategy, Objectives and Action Plan.
Maintain multiple contacts within a large customer base, providing routine communication or training about ASUS Commercial products, programs, offers and promotions.
Keep abreast of the industry developments and provide timely feedback/solutions.
And any other responsibilities as assigned.
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in any field.
At least three (3) years of relevant working experience in similar industry.
Strong technical knowledge on Server products and expertise with various hardware, applications, networking and OS.
Familiar with Commercial Distribution/Reseller Channels and End-users.
Having good business acumen, highly assertive and persuasive.
Ability to translate the chosen strategy into an action plan.
Strong presentation and negotiation skill with proven sales results.
Exceptional time management, prioritization, attention to detail, analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
