Account Manager, Social Media & Digital (Chinese Language)

iCanvas is the social media agency arm of iMedia Asia. We build and run social media presences for some of the most recognisable brands in the region — with strategy, creativity, and a deep understanding of local audiences.

We're looking for an Account Manager proficient in CHINESE LANGUAGE to lead our client's accounts. Equal parts strategist, content creator and relationship manager.

What You'll Mainly Do

You'll own the client relationship, drive the strategy, and make sure everything that goes out is sharp and on-brief. Day-to-day: developing social strategies to build hype around product campaigns, analysing performance data, and managing a team of designers and content creators.

What We're Looking For

At least 3 years in social media, digital marketing, KOL/influencer marketing, or account servicing — agency experience preferred. You should already know Meta Business Suite, TikTok for Business, and at least one analytics or social listening platform.

Beyond that, we want someone who:

• Thinks in campaigns, not just posts
• Has worked with short-form video as a primary format (Reels, TikToks, Shorts)
• Uses AI tools to work faster — copywriting, ideation, research, workflow
• Can hold their own in a client meeting: confident, prepared, solutions-oriented
• Can lead a junior team without micromanaging
• Can understand data and turn it into a clear client recommendation
