Account Operations Coordinator

Description

The Account Operations Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the account management team in Southeast Asia by ensuring the smooth operation of account processes, enhancing client relationships, and contributing to the overall success of account strategies.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain corporate client accounts and ensure accurate account setup in internal systems.
• Support billing and invoicing processes, ensuring invoices are generated accurately and sent on time.
• Review contracts and verify billing information before processing invoices.
• Work closely with Sales and Account Management teams to support onboarding and account maintenance.
• Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies or account-related issues reported by clients.
• Maintain accurate records of account activity and billing data in CRM or internal systems.
• Assist with data tracking, reporting, and analysis related to account operations.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and operational procedures.
• Identify opportunities to improve operational processes and workflows.

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in account operations, account management, or a related field.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and CRM software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
