Job Description

The Account Operations Specialist role focuses on supporting commercial operations through accurate pre-billing processes, managing and validating billing data, and ensuring client agreements are properly reflected in invoicing. The position involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams to resolve discrepancies, streamline billing workflows, and maintain data accuracy using CRM systems. Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential for improving operational efficiency and supporting the growth and satisfaction of corporate client accounts.

  • Manage and validate billing inputs to ensure accurate and timely invoicing.
  • Align billing details with signed client agreements and pricing structures.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., sales, finance, account management) to resolve billing discrepancies.
  • Maintain data integrity across CRM and billing platforms.
  • Support monthly reporting and account performance analysis.
  • Assist in process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
  • Respond to billing-related inquiries from stakeholders in a timely manner.
  • Monitor and track key metrics related to billing and account operations.
  • Contribute to cross-functional projects involving system upgrades or workflow enhancements.
