Description

We are seeking an Account Receivable Executive who is a fluent Mandarin to join our team. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or individuals with 0-1 years of experience in finance or accounting. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the accounts receivable process, ensuring timely collections, and maintaining accurate financial records.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee the accounts receivable process
  • Ensure timely collection of outstanding invoices
  • Communicate with clients regarding payment inquiries and disputes
  • Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports
  • Assist in the reconciliation of accounts and resolve discrepancies
  • Collaborate with sales and finance teams to improve cash flow and payment processes
  • Support the preparation of monthly and quarterly financial statements
  • Analyze and report on accounts receivable metrics and trends

Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
  • Fluent in Mandarin and English, both written and verbal
  • Strong knowledge of accounts receivable processes and practices
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Good organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks
