Responsibilities
- Lead in the creative development workflow, including campaign implementation and coordination with internal teams, Clients, departments and vendors.
- Lead assigned project with goodwill & responsibility to ensure excellent project delivery for social media & google (Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok, Influencer) management.
- Own and steer the advertising and marketing activities of assigned brands.
- Front the agency and handle day-to-day client requirements directly.
- Assist in new business development initiatives.
- Write creative briefs to guide the creative process.
- Ensure high-level quality control to deliver error-free output on time and within budget.
- Organize, generate, and disseminate reports (work-in-progress, contact reports, budgetary), billing, and cost estimates.
- Manage clients own and competitive activities in local media avenues.
- Contribute to operational improvements to achieve efficiencies and improved workflow.
- Lead status and work-in-progress meetings.
- Coordinate with media partners and/or owners regarding media booking, extension of material deadlines, and media owners copy vetting.
- Perform any ad-hoc duties, projects, and activities as assigned by superiors or management.
- Positive attitude, growth mindset & participative in Company overall direction & SOPs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in account management, preferably within an agency setting.
- Strong People & Communication Skills - love to connect & engage people (clients & internal team), this will help greatly talent to grow magnificently as talent is required to represent the company to formulate strategies & content with clients & next distribute tasks to the internal team to deliver our services.
- Research, Proposal Making & Presentation - Good content & ads all are generated from the foundation of quality time spent on research & the ability to document it to present will be crucial.
- Eye for Analytics & Key Data Metrics
- Good knowledge of Facebook, Instagram & TikTok
- Having an understanding of Copywriting & Ads Performance is a plus
- Mandarin & English will be a plus for both writing & speaking.
- An Entrepreneurial Attitude - highly collaborative with an entrepreneurial, roll-up-your sleeves attitude that's not afraid to work independently when required.
- Possess good use of Marketing administration tools of Microsoft Excel, Powerpoint, Words or even similar related tools via Google, Canva, Trello or ChatGPT
