Your new role
As an Account Specialist, you will ensure compliance with credit procedures, monitor and follow up on customer payments, support credit‑related decisions, coordinate claims and disputes, manage credit insurance, analyse payment behaviour, assist with task migrations, collaborate with internal teams, maintain documentation, and handle ad‑hoc tasks as needed.
