Job Description

Cost Accounting, Cost and Business Control
Lead financial performance analysis and monitor key business KPIs to support profitability.
Track and allocate direct and indirect operational costs to ensure cost control and transparency.
Maintain standard costing and perform variance analysis to identify performance gaps.
Work with operations and inventory teams to ensure accurate inventory valuation and reconciliation.
Analyse product costs and margins to support pricing and improve profitability.
FP&A and Strategic Finance
Lead annual budgeting and support rolling forecasts.
Develop and maintain financial models to evaluate performance and projects.
Conduct variance analysis (actual vs. budget/forecast) and provide insights.
Prepare and deliver monthly/quarterly financial and management reports.
Support strategic decision-making with data-driven financial insights.
Ensure financial data integrity and compliance with accounting standards.
