What you'll do
- Perform and review Accounts Payable (AP) tasks in line with company policies and controls
- Manage accounting entries, vendor reconciliation, and support monthly closing activities
- Support internal control compliance and ensure proper documentation
- Deliver tasks within agreed KPIs and timelines
- Drive continuous improvement / process enhancement initiatives (P2P)
- Handle ad-hoc assignments as required
What we're looking for
- Bachelor's Degree / Postgraduate Certificate in Accounting / Finance (or equivalent)
- 46 years of relevant experience in AP / P2P / PTP
- Shared services AP experience is an advantage
- Familiar with accounting entries and P2P/PTP processes
- Strong MS Office skills, especially Excel; Oracle experience is a plus
- Detail-oriented, accurate, self-motivated, with good communication skills
