What you'll do
- Perform and review accounts payable tasks in compliance with company policies and guidelines
- Manage end-to-end payment processes accurately and timely
- Support internal control and compliance requirements
- Prepare accounting entries and perform reconciliations
- Ensure all KPIs and reporting timelines are consistently met
- Drive continuous improvement and process enhancement initiatives
- Handle ad-hoc assignments as required by management
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve discrepancies and improve workflow efficiency
What we're looking for
- Bachelor's degree or postgraduate certification in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent
- 3-5 years of relevant working experience in the field
- Preferably with prior experience in Accounts Payable within a Shared Services Center (SSC) environment
- Proficient in accounting entries and Procure-to-Pay (PTP) processes
- Strong PC skills with advanced proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) and Oracle ERP systems (Preferable)
- Meticulous, detailoriented, and able to deliver work with high accuracy
- Selfmotivated with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
