Position Overview
As a reinforcement of the team, you will :
Assist In The AP Process
- Review suppliers invoices for appropriate documentation and approval prior to payment
- Prepare cheques and bank transfers
- Reconcile suppliers SOA and correct discrepancies
- Scan and archive supplier invoices
- All other related AP functions
Assist In The AR Process
- Prepare and send invoices to clients
- Ensure accurate journal entries are recorded in the system with the right account, cost center and taxes
- Maintain files and documentation by scanning and archiving in hard and soft copies for easy retrieval
Profile
We Seek The Ideal Candidate Profile With
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in the field.
- Good knowledge of MS Office Excel
- MYOB / Sage
