Supervise and review entries performed by subordinates.
Responsible for month-end closing and stocktake.
Perform monthly costing run and standard activity rate assessment.
Prepare audit schedules and materials for meetings.
Involved in improvements of internal controls.
Lead system implementation and modifications.
Involve in daily routine finance operations.
Optimise cashflows and review payments.
Conduct training for internal stakeholders.
Analyse monthly financial performance, stock holding, cashflow, operation performance, product margin analysis, production variance analysis, costing analysis, etc.
Manage CAPEX control and monitoring, and perform ROI assessment for proposed projects with recommendations.
Liaise with bankers, corporate secretary, tax agents, and auditors.
Responsible for preparing annual budgets and financial projections to support business planning.
Monitor and forecast income and expenditure, ensuring spending aligns with approved budgets, and recommend actions to improve revenue and control costs.
Prepare slides and financial presentations for management.
Handle full set of accounts for investment holding companies.
Perform any other tasks assigned by the superior or any other ad-hoc assignments when required.
Requirements
Minimum 5 year working experience in similar capacity.
Knowledge for SAP or ERP system is preferred.
Able to work under pressure and fast paced environment.
Meticulous, self-motivated, mature, organized and proactive.
Strong sense of commitment and urgency to meet tight deadlines.
Able to multi-task and work under minimal supervision.
Team player with good communication skills, possess strong initiative and good interpersonal skills.
Prior experience in manufacturing environment will be added advantage.
