Job Description
In this pivotal role, the Accountant will navigate through the multifaceted financial landscape, ensuring precision in managing a full set of accounts and steering the development of a robust accounting and finance infrastructure. Your expertise will lay the foundation for scalable financial operations and internal controls, ensuring that our business not only stays compliant but also thrives amidst its growth trajectory.
Comprehensive Account Management:
- Administer and oversee the full set of accounts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with applicable standards and regulations.
- Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) to ensure timely and accurate transaction processing and record-keeping.
- Preparation of cashflow, financial feasibility studies.
- Treasury and banking facilities.
- Any financial related matters.
Infrastructure and Control Development:
- Spearhead the design and implementation of a scalable accounts and finance infrastructure, tailored to sustain and support business expansion.
- Develop and fortify internal controls and governance capabilities, ensuring financial operations are transparent and compliant.
Internal Controls and Reporting:
- Safeguard business processes by implementing and managing internal controls, ensuring consistency and adherence to financial policies.
- Oversee and deliver precise, insightful management reporting to facilitate data-driven decision-making.
Strategic Financial Planning:
- Play a crucial role in formulating business plans and forecasts, offering financial insights that contribute to strategic decision-making.
- Assist in identifying opportunities and risks by analyzing financial data and trends.
Miscellaneous Financial Duties:
- Tackle various accounts and finance-related matters, providing solutions that uphold the company's financial integrity.
- Collaborate across departments, providing financial guidance and ensuring budget adherence.
Job Requirements
- Educational Credentials: Possession of a Degree or Diploma in Accounting or related fields is imperative.
- Technical Expertise: Proficiency in accounting software is essential, with a specific preference for candidates adept in using AutoCount. A familiarity with digital tools, particularly those within the Microsoft Office and Google Suite, is highly desirable.
- Professional Experience: Applicants should bring a minimum of 2-3 years of practical accounting experience.
- Personality and Professional Traits: We seek a candidate who is not only self-motivated, reliable, and mature but also embodies integrity. A keen willingness to learn, grow, and evolve with the company is pivotal.
- Communication skills: Good spoken & written English communication skills. Ability to communicate, read and write in Chinese is preferred.
