Job Overview
As an Accountant for Malaysia reporting to Accounting Manager.
Job Requirements
- Coordinate with the company's Financial Solutions Center related to end-to-end transactions
- Analyze monthly financial statements closing and completion of reporting packages, direct and indirect tax related reports for the assigned entities.
- Ensuring necessary controls is complying with company's finance policies
- Liaison with external auditors and tax agent on statutory audits and tax filing, including preparation of supporting reconciliation and schedules to external and internal parties
- Observe and meeting internal month end and statutory compliance and filing deadline
- Assisting supervisor with ad-hoc task/assignment and participating in regional continuous improvement projects.
What Your Background Should Look Like
- Minimum 3 years work experience
- Working experiences in medium to big size accounting firm or MNC in the trading or distribution sector is a plus.
- Qualified CPA or Accounting degree holder
- Fluent in written and spoken English.
- Familiar with SAP system
- Familiar with the Malaysian e-invoicing requirements.
