What You Will Do
- Responsible in month end closing process and ensure compliance with local GAAP and Corporate policies and procedures.
- Provide timely financial packages, including monthly, quarterly, and year-end deliverables and other specific requests from corporate.
- Manage weekly forecast and yearly budget activities.
- Liaise and prepare with external auditors, tax agents & corporate bankers for related matters.
- Assist in the analytical review of financial data to reduce costs, improve business performance, and make appropriate business decisions.
- Manage fixed asset register and schedule.
- Coordinate with outsourced Accounts Payable & Receivables, GL and Reporting vendors to ensure Inventory, AP/AR sub-ledger and GL ledger are reconciled timely and follow-up actions are taken to address reconciliation items.
- Assist in costing analysis, management reporting and audit schedule preparation.
- Assist in Internal control related assignments.
- Review existing internal control processes, evaluate the risk, recommend and implement the action plans with respective departments.
- To provide assistance and support to team members and to all other functional groups.
- Assist in Indirect Tax such as SST submission, e-Invoice and statutory report required from government.
- Involve in Inventory management, such as support on stock count.
- Assist in record retention requirements.
- Any other ad-hoc tasks assigned.
- Qualifications You Must Have Degree in Accountancy/ACCA/CPA with 8/10 years of experience in similar role
- Conversant with SAP, Microsoft Excel.
Qualifications We Prefer
- Possessing ability to influence, negotiate and convince stakeholders hand-on experience in HFM (or Ones tream) is an added advantage Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities while maintaining quality Independent and excellent team player.
Typically requires
- A University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years experience.

- Requires advanced knowledge of work area typically obtained through advanced education combined with experience. May have practical knowledge of project
- management. Practical to substantial knowledge of RTX projects, programs or systems with the ability to make enhancements and leverage in daily work.
