Job Description

Job Descriptions:

  • Handle filing of invoices, receipts, payment vouchers, and finance documents (digital & physical).
  • Prepare and execute payments; track payables and basic cash records.
  • Act as runner for bank, SST, and government-related submissions when required.
  • Coordinate with outsourced accountant to ensure timely monthly updates and reports.
  • Maintain records using AutoCount; proficient in Microsoft Office (Google Workspace is a bonus).

Job Requirement:

  • 13 years experience in accounting admin / finance support role.
  • Basic understanding of accounting principles (AP, AR, expenses).
  • Comfortable handling confidential financial information.
  • Well-versed in Microsoft Excel & Word; experience with AutoCount is preferred.
  • Organised, detail-oriented, and able to follow instructions accurately.
  • Willing to perform runner duties when required.
