This is an interesting opportunity for a highly motivated individual to develop his or her knowledge and experience in a wide range of business areas for Hong Kong commercial sector. As part of our team, you will be responsible for the following key areas:
Handle full set of accounts including preparation of management accounts, bank reconciliation and related financial accounting duties.
- Prepare monthly billing and other accounting reports.
Assist in year-end audit and taxation.- Maintain statutory records, prepare company secretarial documents and arrange filings in a timely manner.
Conduct due diligence and annual review for clients.
- Assist in visa application and payroll processes.
Maintain company procedures and control lists are up-to-date.- Maintain good client relationship.
Perform ad hoc duties as assigned.
Degree holder in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance or related discipline.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience.
Pay attention to details, sensitive to numbers and able to work in a fast-paced environment.- Well organized, highly self-motivated and proactive to provide excellent customer service.
Good communication and interpersonal skill.
- Excellent command of both written and spoken Chinese & English.
Exposure to diverse markets in Hong Kong, Malaysia, Singapore, and beyond.
