Job Overview

1. Responsible for full set accounting, financial reporting, and coordinating with external auditors and tax agents.

Job Responsibilities

1. Handle full set accounting functions and monthly financial closing.
2. Prepare quarterly financial reports and management reports.
3. Manage day-to-day accounting transactions and maintain accurate financial records.
4. Liaise with external auditors and support the annual audit process.
5. Coordinate with external tax agents on tax-related matters and compliance requirements.
6. Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting in accordance with company policies.

Desired Skills and Experience

Must Have

1. At least 3 years of experience in handling full set accounts.
2. Experience in monthly financial closing.
3. Experience liaising with external auditors.

Preferred (Advantage)

1. Experience liaising with external tax agents.
2. Experience preparing quarterly financial reports and management reports.
3. Experience working in a manufacturing or trading company.
4. Experience using accounting systems such as AutoCount or other ERP/accounting software.
