About the Role
We are looking for a passionate and driven Accounting Intern to join our growing team. This role is perfect for someone who is eager to learn, able to adapt quickly, and has a strong mindset to take on challenges in a fast-paced business environment. You will work closely with our finance team to support daily accounting operations and gain real-world experience.
Location: Damansara Perdana, Petaling Jaya
Employment Type: Internship (6 months and above)
Responsibilities
- Assist in daily accounting tasks including data entry, invoice processing, and payment tracking
- Support in reconciling accounts, preparing financial statements, and maintaining accurate records
- Assist with month-end closing activities
- Perform administrative tasks related to finance documentation
- Support ad-hoc tasks assigned by the Finance/Accounts Executive
- Ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with company policies
What We're Looking For
- Currently pursuing a Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fields
- Strong mindset with the ability to learn quickly and adapt to changes
- Good attitude, willingness to take initiative, and able to work independently when needed
- Basic understanding of accounting principles is an advantage
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets
- Detail-oriented with good organisational skills
Working Hours
- Onsite, 5.5 days per week
- Monday–Friday: Normal working hours (8 AM - 5 PM)
- Saturday: Half-day (8 AM - 1 PM)
