Job Summary:

This internship is based on the preferred date of student and the University. The duration of the placement will be at least 3 months up to 6 months (refer to University requirements).

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the department of where the intern is attached to on task set out by the team
• Performing administrative task/duties
• Working closely with the department team members to complete any given task or assignments
• Working on any applicable project
• Understanding the overall concept of the company, including the brand, customer, and all other aspects of service
• Learning the technical and business knowledge related to the industry
• Any ad-hoc task as and when required

Requirements:

Must be able to start in September 2026 onwards (Please state your internship date in your resume)

• Final year students of at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, bachelor's degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration and any related field
• No work experience required.
• Applicants must be willing to work in Yinson HQ at Menara Southpoint, Kuala Lumpur.
• Willing to learn, work under pressure, adaptive to our fun culture, and pro-active.
• Good interpersonal and communication skill.
• Patient, enjoy working with people.
• Creative, and enthusiastic.
• Computer literate - Microsoft office applications (Excel, words/ppt).
• Strong interpersonal and communication (oral and written) skills
• Strong project management skills with attention to detail
• Strong ability to work laterally across different business units and vertically across all staff levels
• Keen interest in innovating and seeking new ways of doing things
