Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Accounting Intern located in Penang, Malaysia. The Accounting Intern will assist in various accounting tasks, including preparing financial reports, reconciling accounts, maintaining accurate financial records, and supporting month-end and year-end close processes. Additional responsibilities include assisting with audits, budgeting, and other special projects as assigned.

Qualifications

• Basic understanding of accounting principles and practices
• Proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking skills
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Currently pursuing a degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
