Accounting Manager

We are seeking an Accounting Manager to play a critical role in ensuring the integrity of our financial operations and reporting. You will be responsible for managing our accounting functions, supporting the month-end close process, and developing robust internal controls and systems solutions. The ideal candidate should demonstrate strong technical accounting skills and leadership potential.

• Support the timely and accurate month-end and year-end closing processes, including accounting solutions, reconciliations, and variance analysis.
• Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including bank reconciliations, fixed assets, payrolls, intercompany transactions and general ledger functions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve financial processes.
• Drive process improvements and finance transformation project. Identify opportunities for automation and efficiency within the finance department.

Job requirement

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting/Finance or related field.
• 8-10 years in accounting roles, 2+ years in supervision or project management is a plus.
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Oracle) and advanced Excel Strong understanding of GAAP/IFRS
• Good understanding of internal controls and corporate governance.
• Motivated self-starter, resourceful and ability to work independently; keen to learn with the ability to collaborate with various departments.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Leadership experience preferred
• Strong language skills, including English and Chinese are needed to work smoothly with stakeholders.
