Job Description:
An Accounting Manager oversees a finance and procurement operation, focusing on financial reporting, budgeting, planning, and analysis to ensure the company's financial health and control and compliance. Ability to advise management on financial matters and make recommendations for improving financial performance.
Accountabilities:
- Supervising and managing the finance and procurement functions.
- Managing and optimizing cash flow to ensure adequate liquidity and meet financial obligations.
- Responsible for timely and accurate reporting, analysis, disclosures, forecasting and budget planning.
- Ensure compliance to regulatory requirement on audit and taxes.
- In charge and to drive continuous improvement on internal control and processes.
- Managing and optimizing cash flow to ensure adequate liquidity and meet financial obligations, coordinate with Regional HQ on any financial matters.
- Support tender process, evaluating and mitigating financial risks.
Qualifications:
- Essential
- CA or CPA with Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or equivalent
- At least 3-year experience in similar capacity, preferably with accounting and audit background.
- Good analytical skills and meticulous.
- Previously experience in ERP implementation would be an advantage.
- Strong planning, analytical and problem-solving skills.
