Accounting Officer - Account Payable, Park Hyatt Kuala Lumpur

You will be responsible for assisting with the efficient running of the department in line with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards, whilst meeting associate, guest and owner expectations. The Accounting Officer - Account Payable is responsible for managing and processing the accounts payable transactions. This role involves ensuring timely and accurate payment of vendor invoices, maintaining financial records, and supporting the overall financial operations. The Accounting Officer - Account Payable will work closely with internal departments and external vendors to ensure the smooth operation of the accounts payable function.

• Due to work permit restrictions, this position is only open for Malaysian Citizens and Permanent Residents of Malaysia.
• Ideally with a university degree/diploma in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or any related field.
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in accounts payable or a similar accounting role within the hotel industry is preferred.
• Comprehensive knowledge of accounting principles, and accounts payable processes.
• Possesses excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, keen attention to detail, and good communication and interpersonal skills, enabling productive collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
