We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Senior Executive, Accounts Payable to join our Finance team. This role is responsible for ensuring accurate and timely processing of vendor transactions, maintaining strong financial controls, and supporting the growing business operations across our retail network.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review and process Purchase Orders (POs), invoices, and payment-related documents.
  • Perform invoice verification and booking to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies.
  • Prepare and coordinate vendor payments in a timely manner.
  • Manage new trade vendor registrations and ensure all supporting documentation is complete and accurate.
  • Conduct trade vendor balance reconciliations and resolve discrepancies promptly.
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders and vendors to support smooth Accounts Payable operations.
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls, accounting standards, and company procedures.
  • Support process improvements to accommodate the increasing business volume and expanding vendor base.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Accounts Payable, Accounting, or Finance operations.
  • Strong understanding of invoice processing, vendor management, and account reconciliations.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting/ERP systems.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
