The client is a Malaysian Engineering Consultant Firm, providing mechanical and electrical and project management services.

Job Responsibilities:
- To meet client and applicable statutory and regulatory requirements.
- To implement plan actions from risks and opportunities assessment.
- To prepare monthly sub-contractor progress claim.
- To coordinate with Directors and Prepare Invoice to Client and ensure invoices submit on time.
- To follow up customer payment collection and ensure payment to be received on time.
- To allocate payment to supplier & creditor aging summary.
- To Prepare engineer mileage claims.
- To preparation of monthly schedule such as sales, collection and payment list.
- Debtors and creditors reconciliations.
- To undertake any and all other duties and responsibilities as so instructed by the superior., including administration tasks.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
- 1-2 years relevant working experience. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Previous experience in an engineering or construction consultancy environment is highly regarded.
- Must be Proficient in Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients and associates.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of meeting strict deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Remuneration:
Up to RM4,000
