Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and review daily accounting operations including accounts payable, receivable, general ledger, intercompany and bank reconciliations, ensuring timely and accurate financial records in accordance with accounting standards.
  • Prepare and review of monthly management account and annual financial statements in compliance with relevant statutory requirements and financial standards (e.g., MPERS or MFRS or IFRS, etc).
  • Ensure compliance with tax regulations, including review of tax computations and submissions. 
  • Liaise with auditors, tax agents and other stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely reporting.
  • Enhance internal control systems and continuously improvements for financial processes and policies. 
  • Support budget preparation, monitor departmental spending and provide analysis.
  • Analyzing management accounts and financial statements to support business decision-making.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure financial objectives are met 
  • Perform all other related assignments or ad hoc tasks as assigned by the superior or management from time to time.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Experience:4+ years in accounting/finance roles; 1+ year in a supervisory capacity.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., Oracle, NetSuite) and advanced Excel.
  • Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication for cross-department collaboration.
  • Take initiative, ability to work under pressure, able to meet deadlines, meticulous, strong organized, team player
  • Strong verbal and written communication skill in English and Chinese.
