Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle billing processes for Disbursement, Customs Duty, and general billing by coordinating with internal teams.
  • Prepare and issue customer invoices accurately and on time using the SQL system.
  • Generate monthly Statement of Accounts (SOA) for customers when required.
  • Issue official receipts and update customer payment records.
  • Maintain proper filing and documentation for billing and accounting records.
  • Assist with basic Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) tasks.
  • Key in vendor invoices and credit notes into the system.
  • Support urgent payment processing when needed.
  • Liaise with suppliers on simple payment enquiries and follow-ups.
  • Provide general administrative and clerical support as assigned.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification.
  • School leavers are encouraged to apply.
  • Basic computer skills, especially Microsoft Excel.
  • Training will be provided for accounting and system-related tasks.
  • Detail-oriented and able to handle data accurately.
  • Responsible, willing to learn, and able to follow instructions.
  • Positive attitude and able to work well in a team environment.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
