RSM Stone Forest, the largest accounting and business advisory group outside the Big 4 in Singapore. We are looking for candidates to be part of the Accounting Team based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. You will be servicing Singapore clients with guidance and support by the experience team in Singapore.
The Financial Statements team assist clients in meeting their compliance requirements. This role will be responsible to:
- Prepare unaudited Financial Statements or Compilation Report*.
- Prepare group consolidation accounts*.
- Ensure the drafting of unaudited/ mock financial statements and departmental reports are completed on a timely basis.
- Assist in any other assignment or special projects when required.
* For various industries in accordance with Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS) / International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Accountancy or professional accounting qualification eg. ACCA, CPA.
- Minimum of 1 to 2 years (Associate level) / 3 to 4 years (Senior level) of relevant experiences in auditing and financial reporting.
- Prior experience in preparing consolidated accounts and drafting Financial Statements is highly regarded.
- Familiar with regulatory and financial reporting requirements.
- Possess strong technical accounting knowledge and analytical skills.
- Proactive, committed, independent and able to work under pressure.
- Possess initiative and can do spirit to resolve challenges faced and to improve work processes.
