Job Description
- Salary and position shall depends on candidates qualifications and working experiences
Job Responsibilities
Junior Positions
- Key in accounting entries
- Prepare full set accounts for clients
- Handle general accounting and administrative duties
- Ensure all documents are filed accordingly
Senior Positions
- Review clients accounts
- Prepare full set accounts for clients
- Prepare tax computations
- Prepare management reports and analysis for clients
- Handle general accountancy and administrative duties
- Handle ad-hoc tasks assigned by management from time to time
- Set-up Accounting systems for clients
- Coach or train junior staff / client's staff
Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a Degree or Advance Diploma in Accounting or equivalent. ACCA, CPA, MIA is preferred for senior positions.
- For junior positions, fresh graduates or LCCI or diploma holders are encouraged to apply
- For senior positions, 3 4 years of working experience in the related field
- Computer literate and knowledge in Ms Office
- Knowledge in accounting software Xero, SQL Accounting, Autocount, MYOB, etc
- Knowledge in Malaysia income tax & SST is added advantage
- Good communication skills
