An Accounts Clerk supports the accounting operations of Wellchem.
Responsibilities:
Report to Admin Manager
Responsible for account receivable, payable, issuing invoices & cheques
Enquire accuracy in accounts data entry transaction
Prepare expenses payment due to staff and general expenses of the Company
Record payments made to company by customers
Requirements:
SPM / Diploma level in Finance / Accountancy or equivalent
Familiarity with book-keeping and basic accounting procedures
High attention to detail and aptitude for numbers
Positive attitude, independent, self-motivated and results-oriented
Good command of English and interpersonal skills
Previous experience in related field is preferred
