Job Description

1. About this Role

We are looking for a responsible, detail-oriented, and proactive candidate to join our team.

This role focuses primarily on basic Accounts Administration and Reporting, while also supporting HR administration and recruitment functions. The ideal candidate should be comfortable handling financial records, reporting, payroll matters, and recruitment coordination in a fast-paced working environment.

Candidates with experience in both Accounts + HR/Admin functions are highly encouraged to apply.

2. What You'll Be Responsible For

a. Accounts & Finance Administration (25%)

  • Handle payment verification, invoice management, expense tracking, and reconciliation
  • Maintain accurate financial records and support monthly reporting
  • Ensure accuracy in data entry, reporting, and record management

b. Business Reporting & Data Compilation (20%)

  • Prepare reports using Excel / Google Sheets
  • Organize and compile business data for management review

c. HR Administration & Payroll Management (25%)

  • Manage attendance, leave records, payroll processing, and HR documentation
  • Ensure payroll calculations comply with current labor law requirements
  • Prepare employee letters and maintain proper staff records

d. Recruitment & Hiring Coordination (20%)

  • Support end-to-end recruitment process including screening and interview coordination
  • Liaise with hiring managers and candidates throughout the hiring process
  • Assist in onboarding and recruitment administrative tasks

e. General Administration & Company Documentation (10%)

  • Handle filing, documentation, and general administrative coordination
  • Assist with ad-hoc administrative duties when required

3. What We're Looking For

  • Diploma or above in Accounting, Finance, Human Resource, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience.
  • Familiar with Excel / Google Sheets and basic reporting.
  • Good understanding of payroll calculation and Malaysian labor law requirements.
  • Able to handle confidential information professionally.
  • Proactive learner with a positive working attitude.
  • Added advantage:

a. Experience in both Accounts + HR/Admin functions.

b. Familiar with any HRMS system.

c. Familiar with end-to-end recruitment process.

Location: Setia Avenue, Setia Alam

Working Hours: Every Monday to Friday, 10am to 7pm / 9am to 6pm (Flexible working hours)
