1. About this Role
We are looking for a responsible, detail-oriented, and proactive candidate to join our team.
This role focuses primarily on basic Accounts Administration and Reporting, while also supporting HR administration and recruitment functions. The ideal candidate should be comfortable handling financial records, reporting, payroll matters, and recruitment coordination in a fast-paced working environment.
Candidates with experience in both Accounts + HR/Admin functions are highly encouraged to apply.

2. What You'll Be Responsible For
a. Accounts & Finance Administration (25%)
b. Business Reporting & Data Compilation (20%)
c. HR Administration & Payroll Management (25%)
d. Recruitment & Hiring Coordination (20%)
e. General Administration & Company Documentation (10%)

3. What We're Looking For
a. Experience in both Accounts + HR/Admin functions.
b. Familiar with any HRMS system.
c. Familiar with end-to-end recruitment process.
