Accounts cum HR

Basic information:

• Monday - Friday, office hours
• Basic UP $3,500 depending on experience
• Location: Central

Job Scope:

Human Resource

• Support recruitment, onboarding, and employee offboarding processes.
• Handle MOM, CPF, and IRAS matters, including work pass applications/renewals and statutory claims (NS, childcare, maternity, paternity).
• Assist in maintaining HR policies, procedures, and compliance.
• Liaise with insurance providers on employee-related matters.

Accountant

• Provide backup support for accounting functions.
• Handle daily accounting transactions, AP/AR, cash receipts, and expenses.
• Manage petty cash and prepare weekly/monthly reports.
• Maintain proper filing and document control.
• Perform ad hoc administrative and accounting duties.

Additional Information:

• Diploma or equivalent in Human Resources, Accounting, or related field
• 1-2 years of relevant HR or Accounts experience preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
