Our Finance team supports the accounts of our Group, working closely with multiple business units and markets across Singapore, Malaysia, Philippines, Myanmar, and Hong Kong.

Role Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Account Executive (Accounts Payable) to join our finance team, based in Bangsar South, Kuala Lumpur. In this role, you will manage end-to-end AP operations, ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices, reimbursements, and payments while maintaining compliance with company policies and SST regulations. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates or early-career professionals to build a strong foundation in finance while contributing to process improvements and system enhancements.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end Accounts Payable operations (invoices, reimbursements, payments)
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, tax regulations (SST), and accounting standards
• Handle vendor queries, resolve discrepancies, and maintain accurate records
• Support audits, reconciliations, and month-end closing activities
• Prepare AP reports, aging analysis, and payment forecasts
• Contribute to process improvements, automation, and system enhancements

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
• 0-3 years of experience (fresh graduates are welcome)
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Good knowledge of AP processes and basic tax compliance
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
