Job Summary:
We are looking for a talented and experienced Account Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of accounting principles and procedures, as well as excellent written and verbal communication skills. The Account Executive will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including preparing and analyzing financial statements, maintaining accounting records, processing payroll, handling accounts payable and receivable, preparing tax returns, and conducting audits.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets,income statements, and cash flow statements
- Maintain accounting records, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll
- Process payroll, including calculating wages, taxes, and deductions
- Handle accounts payable and receivable, including billing, collecting
- payments, and reconciling accounts
- Prepare tax returns, including individual, corporate, and sales tax returns
- Conduct audits, including internal and external audits
- Provide financial advice to management, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost analysis
- Comply with accounting regulations
- Manage financial risks
- Train and supervise accounting staff
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field
- 2 - 3+ years of experience in an accounting role
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and procedures
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Accounting Softwares & Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to meet deadlines
