Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Accounts Executive, located in Kajang, Selangor. The Accounts Executive will be responsible for managing financial records, preparing balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and other financial reports. The role will also involve handling accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliations, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. Additionally, the Accounts Executive will assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to support business decisions.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in financial reporting, balance sheet preparation, and profit and loss analysis
• Experience in managing accounts payable and receivable, and conducting bank reconciliations
• Proficiency in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• High attention to detail and organizational skills
• Experience with accounting software and financial compliance regulations
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Professional certification (e.g., CPA) is a plus
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
