We're looking for a dedicated Accounts Executive who enjoys working with numbers and takes pride in accuracy.

What You'll Do
- Handle the full set of accounts AR, AP, GL, and monthly financial statements.
- Manage accounting activities for subsidiary companies, including consolidations and intercompany transactions.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reports for management review.
- Analyze financial data to support business planning and decision-making.
- Assist in annual budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Ensure proper tax compliance, submissions, and audit documentation.
- Liaise with auditors and external parties to ensure smooth processes.
- Perform monthly bank reconciliations and maintain accurate cash flow records.
- Track expenses and ensure compliance with budget policies.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- ACCA, CIMA or similar professional certification is a plus.
- At least 3 years experience in a similar rolepreferably in the retail sector.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles, standards, and software (e.g., ERP systems).
- Confident in financial reporting, analysis, and data interpretation.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently.
- Must be willing to work in Kajang.
