The Opportunity
The Accounts Executive (Accounts Payable) plays a critical role in supporting the University's financial operations by ensuring the accurate, timely, and compliant processing of journal entries and accounts payable transactions in accordance with University policies, accounting standards, and statutory requirements. The role contributes to the integrity of the University's financial records by maintaining accurate financial data, resolving transaction-related issues, and collaborating with internal stakeholders to deliver efficient and effective finance services. The position exercises sound judgement within established policies and procedures to support strong financial governance, operational excellence, and continuous process improvement.
Reporting Line: The position reports to the Senior Accounts Executive
