Job Responsibilities
- To handle daily operations including cash flow management.
- To prepare monthly management account including delivery of accurate monthly financial report with schedules within deadlines.
- To prepare cash flow budget within deadlines.
- To prepare bank reconciliations, Inter-Company reconciliations and creditor reconciliations.
- Liaise with inter department personnel, auditors, tax consultants, bankers and other regulatory bodies.
- To ensure safekeeping and filing of accounting records.
- Perform any ad hoc tasks given by superior as and when required.
Job Requirements
- Possess a recognized Degree in Accounting or its equivalent.
- At least 2 year(s) working experience is required for this position.
- Candidate with Construction experience will be an added advantage.
- Good communication skills, self motivated, initiative and demonstrable ability to work independently with minimum supervision in a fast-paced environment with strong leadership skills.
- Knowledge of full sets of accounts.
- Well organized, strong analytical skills, cost conscious and meticulous with an eyes for details.
- Dynamic and multi-tasking capabilities with effective time management techniques and result orientated.
- Computer literate and familiar with Microsoft Office, Autocount system and e-invoice practice.
Work Location: Shah Alam
Work Hour: Mon - Fri: 8am-5pm
Remuneration
RM 3,500 - RM 5,500
